How much will the web site cost?

The cost always varies and depends on the size of your website, the graphic work involved, and the type of website you require: e-commerce, CMS, HTML etc. You will also need to take into account domain name registration and web hosting.

How long will it take to complete my web site?

This will depend on the size of your website, the type of website, and how soon you are able to provide us with all the necessary documents (text) and images. A simple 4-5 page website could be up and running within 5 days depending on our current client schedule! Once we know your exact requirements, we will forward a realistic completion date.

Can I use my own web hosting?

Of course you can! You will however, need to provide us with your ftp details: the login user-name and password so that we can upload your website.

What do I need to provide you with to build my website?

We would need your design ideas, and the relevant text and images which will appear on your website. They can be sent by email, flash-drive/card or disc. If you do not have any images we can search and provide them for you!

Am I able to view my website as it is being made?

Yes! We like to involve all clients throughout the website development process and we will forward you the URL address (Domain Name)

Will I be the owner of the website?

The website, text, graphics, email, domain name and host will all belong to you and your organization. Once we have received the final payment the Copyright is yours. We do request the right to use a screen shot and website description for promotional purposes. Consider that as a little free advertising!

Will you set up my emails and spam filtering for me?

Of course! Simply tell us the names you would like to use for your email addresses and we will not only set this up for you but assist you in setting up the accounts on your PC (Outlook, Outlook Express, Windows Live Mail etc)

Do you provide Domain Name Registration and Web Hosting?

We are able to recommend numerous packages to suit your budget or type of website required. We do (under our guidance if required) request you purchase and register them in your own name. This enables the ownership to be completely yours!

Will my website be cross-browser compatible?

All websites designed by Excel Solutions Asia are tested with the latest Mozilla FireFox , Internet Explorer 7/8, Netscape, Google Chrome and Opera browsers

Will you submit my website to the top Search Engines?

Yes. Once your website has been completed Excel Solutions Asia will submit your website to all of the top relevant search engines. Note: It can take several weeks, or even months to actually spider and list your web site in their directories. This means it could take around 3 months before your website actually starts to appear!

Am I able to change or update the website as my business developes?

Absolutely! We always maintain a professional business relationship with our clients and will undertake any additional work required. We do focus most of our websites around CMS (content management system) enabling you to login to your website and add or change any text or images yourself under our guidance and support!

I have made my decision and would like you to design my website. What do I do now?

The first step is to fill out our free form and we will contact you within 48 hours to analyze your requirements and further discuss the design process, time-lines, pricing and set up. This can be done over an informal meeting or should you not reside locally; through emails and telephone calls as we have done successfully in the past with many overseas clients!
